Shipping
The Witch's Treasure currently ships within the United States, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico and other US territories abroad. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders are processed and sent out with 3-5 business days, but it can be a bit longer during peak times. We ship via USPS First Class Mail (under 1 lb package weight) and Priority Mail (over 1 lb).
Your order will contain an itemized packing slip so you may check it for accuracy. (We don't normally include pricing info with shipments, but please Contact Us if you have questions or need a copy of your invoice.)
Payment
We accept most major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment, including PayPal and Venmo. Charges will appear on your statement discreetly as "G AND G LLC."
Out-of-Stock Items
We strive to keep our inventory up-to-date--but in rare cases, an item you have ordered may be sold out. You will receive a prompt refund for out-of-stock items. Any shipping discounts or promotions will still be applied based on your original order amount.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we guarantee the quality of our products. If anything is missing, broken, defective, or just not up to the highest standards, please let us know and we'll make it right with a refund or replacement. In some cases we may ask you to return damaged merchandise (at our expense), or attach photos so we can open a claim with the supplier or carrier.
We want you to be happy with every item you receive. If you experience any issues with your order, please Contact Us with your order number and details and a member of our team will respond promptly.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. (We hate spam, too!) We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your email address for marketing purposes. Email communication from us will be limited to messages about your shopping cart or existing order(s).
We will not disclose your personally identifying information to anyone except the following:
1. Law enforcement or regulatory agencies at their request
2. Those we rely on to conduct our business (e.g., shipping companies, payment processors)
Order ship in plain packaging and "The Witch's Treasure" will not appear on the outside of the package.
